01Is it really free?
Yes. It’s how new clients get to know our work. If the report is useful and you want help with the fixes, we’ll quote a fixed price. If not, there’s no follow-up sequence and no pressure.
02Do you need admin or server access?
No. The health check uses only what’s publicly visible: your storefront, its code and assets, and Google’s speed data. A deeper paid audit with code and server access is available if you want one later.
03We’re still on Magento 1. Is this still useful?
Yes. You’ll get a clear picture of the risk and a realistic migration path, whether to Magento 2 or another platform.
04We already have an agency.
That’s fine. Plenty of teams use the report as an independent second opinion, and we also work white-label with agencies.
