## What we do

Codifier ships and maintains production ecommerce platforms on two engines we've gone deep on: Shopify (including Plus and Hydrogen) and Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce (including Hyva). Engagement models cover fixed-scope projects (migrations, rebuilds), monthly retainers (8–80 hours), and embedded engineers.

Every engineer has 8+ years of ecommerce depth. The person who writes the code talks to the client. Engagements are run by the founders, not by account managers.

Custom differential pricing engine (40+ customer groups, 12K-SKU catalog), real-time multi-warehouse inventory, Android API gateway, COD reconciliation, in-app returns.
- **Custom-textile studio (NDA, Denmark)** — Six years engineering a Magento 2 platform with in-browser design configurator, 9-currency international storefront, 3-day made-to-order production workflow, and a B2B portal for boutiques/designers/aviation clients.
- **Multi-city Indian bakery (NDA)** — WooCommerce build with pincode-based serviceability (5+ city kitchens), seasonal catalog automation (Diwali/Valentine's/Lohri), gift hamper builder, and corporate B2B ordering portal.
- **US supplements brand (NDA)** — Migration from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus + Hydrogen. 40K SKUs, subscription engine, Klaviyo flows, sub-200ms TTI. Six weeks, zero revenue downtime.
